Meet Dr. Kelly Northridge

Dr. Kelly Northridge, MBA, MPH, Pipeline Angels Training Facilitator, is an expert in start-up investing, growth strategy, finance and unconscious bias. She has a background in growth finance from venture capital (start-up) to Fortune 100 mergers and acquisitions (exit); economic impact; international strategy; change management and organizational development. She has assisted clients such as the World Bank, CALPERS, Mastercard, the UK Parliament and the IMF in creating equitable programs to assess and invest in women and minority owned businesses. She has a passion for capital innovation for underserved founders and changing narratives for local investment, having spearheaded two award-winning funds.

Additionally, she has worked with, started and grown several entrepreneurial ventures over the past 25 years across industries including social enterprise, circular economy, luxury brand, health, medical devices, biotech, healthtech, and corporate services. Kelly holds a BS in International Business and Economics, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Reno, an MBA focused in International Sustainable Development from Cornell University, a Master’s in Public Health focused in International Health Management from UCLA, and a doctorate in Strategy, Innovation and Management from the University of Oxford where she focused her research on investing in inclusion.
