From a Battlefield to a Tribe of Allies!

This is the story of Kimba Williams, MBA, co-founder and CEO of the natural vulva care line Kushae. For her, the world of venture capital was an emotionally taxing journey that left her with a kind of "PTSD." It was a world of cold emails and transactional interactions where she felt she was constantly fighting for survival.

Kimba describes the process as "night and day," but the true power was in the people. As she puts it, "They become the friends and the founders that are speaking on your behalf in rooms that you're not even in."
